Plans for Next Year

As we approach the end of the 2021-22 school year, we have also started planning for the start of school next year. Please complete this form as soon as possible! Your assistance in completing this survey online for each child helps us plan better! **Please note this information is for our school planning only and does not replace any district enrollment or registration paperwork.**

Upcoming Vaccination Clinics

Moreland is once again partnering with Stanford Children’s Health to bring two upcoming vaccination clinics to our district. Any student, staff member, or community member can sign up to receive a 1st and/or 2nd covid vaccination series, as well as Booster shots. These vaccinations are free and no insurance is required.

Calling In Absences

Whenever your child is going to be absent for any reason, please notify our front office by calling the School Attendance Line at 408-874-3600 no later than 9am on the day of the absence. When calling in an absence, please leave the following information:

Student name
Student grade
Person calling in the absence and their relationship to the student.
Date of absence
The specific symptoms the student is having. (This information is important for us to be able to implement our COVID guidelines.)

Covid Testing & Registration

COVID Testing Update

Moreland School District provides free COVID-19 testing in an effort to prevent a potential outbreak of COVID-19. Since September of this year, we have offered lab-based PCR testing in partnership with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), COLOR, and Valencia laboratories. We are pleased to announce that Moreland will offer rapid antigen testing at the district offices starting December 13, 2021. Here are some important facts for you to know about antigen versus PCR testing.
