Experienced or new athletes, Girls’ Volleyball, is a great opportunity for our Lions to meet new friends and demonstrate their skills on the court.  Both Junior Varsity and Varsity Teams will be offered this year.  Girls of all skill levels are encouraged to come and try out. The season begins after Boys' Basketball.  Tryouts start in early February and the games go through early April.

**Students must have insurance paperwork filled out and turned in before the first try out/practice date. If insurance paperwork is not turned in, student may not participate in try outs/practice.

The program takes place Mondays through Thursdays for dates and times of games. Transportation to most games/meets provided by Moreland School District (bus). Athletes must be picked up within 20 minutes after the game ends.

Students must maintain a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average and have satisfactory school citizenship to participate in the sports program.

Although there is no participation fee for afterschool sports, a donation to Sports in Moreland (https://www.mefhome.org/sports-in-moreland/) will be forwarded to our Latimer Afterschool sports program.
