Our 2nd grade teachers are holding assessments on Tuesday, August 6th, Wednesday, August 7th and Thursday, August 8th to help the teachers determine your student’s reading level. Assessments are performed individually and it is very helpful for our teachers to get as many done as possible before the school year starts. 

To sign up for an assessment, please visit the 2nd Grade Reading Assessments sign up form. The time slots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Due to scheduling availability, there will not be time to assess each child before the school year starts. 

If these times do not work for you, if you are out of town, or the time slots fill up, please do not worry, your child will be assessed once the school year starts! This is simply to give the teachers a head start in completing required assessments.

You will receive a reminder email in August for your assessment time.
