Latimer School is once again participating in the Global Cardboard Challenge on Thursday, October 4th, and we need your help!

Our Annual Harvest Hop Family Dance will be on Friday, September 14!  During this fun community event, the Home & School Club hosts our fun Silent Auction!  All of the money we earn during our Silent Auction helps provide enrichment activities to our children - Art Vista, ABC Cornerstone, Band and Orchestra events, Field Trips and more!

Welcome back to school! This year's Latimer HSC Fund Drive will be held August 29th-September 14th. The Fund Drive helps to support Classroom & Copy Center Supplies, Art Vistas, Field Trips, Orchestra & Band, International Festival, 5th Grade Science Camp, Gardening Projects, Walk N Roll and more!

Beginning on August 1, 2018 Moreland School District will activate the AERIES Parent Portal.  Parents/guardians, you will receive a message to the email we have on file giving directions about how to access the Parent Portal. One of the benefits of this program will be that parents can complete the annual “first day packet” of required paperwork online...before school even starts!  If you do not have at least one parent email on file with the District, a paper copy of the packet, including an Emergency Card will be sent home with your child on the first day of school.  The Emergency Card must be returned to school the next day. The additional forms should be returned to school as soon as possible.

We are very excited that your child will be joining our kindergarten community at Latimer! Group screening will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Click here to sign up for a screening time and complete the Kindergarten questionnaire. We look forward to meeting you!

The first day of school for all students is Thursday, August 16th. If your child will be absent for any reason, call our Absence Line at 408-874-3610. If your child has not attended by the second day of school, Friday, August 17th, he/she will be dropped from enrollment and you will need to re-register at the Enrollment Center for a class placement in the district. This placement may or may not be at Latimer School.

If you would like to purchase school supplies for your child, check out our suggested items for the first day of school. Necessary instructional supplies will be provided by the school for all students.
