Regardless of skill level, soccer is a great team sport for any and all middle school students. Latimer will have a j/v and varsity team - all of our middle school girls of all skill levels are encouraged to come and try out!
Tryouts start end of August and soccer games run through mid October.
* *Students must have insurance paperwork filled out and turned in before the first try out/practice date. If insurance paperwork is not turned in student may not participate in try outs/practice. (link to insurance paperwork)
The program takes place Mondays through Thursdays. Transportation to most games/meets provided by Moreland School District (bus).
Students must maintain a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average and have satisfactory school citizenship to participate in the sports program.
Although there is no participation fee for afterschool sports, a donation to Sports in Moreland will be forwarded to our Latimer Afterschool sports program.
Soccer cleats and shin guards highly recommended for practices and games.
